1. From your main dashboard, select “Contacts” on the top tool bar.
  2. From your contact list, click anywhere on the contact’s information to view it in detailed view and make edits.
  3. Scroll down to “Notes.”
  4. Choose the icon that matches the action you would like to note. Options include “Email sent,” “Email Viewed,” “Call,” etc.
  5. Write any additional comments in the free form textbox below. 
  6. Click “Add Note.”
  7. This notes feature includes a timestamp and allows you to search the system the information you have added.
  8. Once you have finished adding notes, click “Save” located on the right under Take Action.
