- From your main dashboard, select “Contacts” on the top toolbar.
- Click anywhere on the contact’s information to view it in detailed view.
- You will find the Activity Tracking toolbar right below your calendar.
- Check the boxes when you have completed tasks, such as “attempts” when you have attempted contact, or “appt set” when you have scheduled an appointment with this contact.
- Check “New Info” when you have recorded any new information for the contact.
- Checking these boxes ensures you will receive credit in a report.
